This policy explains what information Kam's Notary Service LLC collects through this website and how it is handled.
Information collected
When you submit an appointment request, contact message, or partner inquiry, this site collects the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the service requested, appointment location details, preferred dates and time windows, how you heard about Kam, and any notes you provide.
This site asks you not to submit sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account numbers, or images of identification. Identification is verified in person at the appointment.
How information is used

- • To contact you about your request using the method you selected.
- • To maintain business records, including a notarial record where Ohio law requires one.
- • To respond to partner inquiries and contact messages.
- • To send occasional service updates only if you opted in to marketing contact.
Consent
Submitting an appointment request requires acknowledging that the submission is a request and not a confirmed appointment. Marketing contact is optional, is never required to receive service, and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Kam.
Storage and security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is restricted to the business owner through authenticated administrator accounts, enforced by database row-level security policies. Administrative actions are recorded in an internal audit log.
Retention
Appointment and communication records are retained for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal-record purposes, including any retention period Ohio law requires for notarial records. You may request deletion of non-required marketing data at any time.
Sharing
Kam does not sell your information. Information is shared only as necessary to perform the service you requested (for example, with the title company or employer that engaged Kam), with service providers who host this website and its database, or where required by law.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are used. No advertising trackers are installed, and analytics events do not include the contents of your form submissions.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, and you may opt out of marketing contact at any time.
