Not a law firm
Kam's Notary Service LLC is a mobile notary public service. Kam is not an attorney licensed to practice law in Ohio and may not give legal advice, accept fees for legal advice, select or prepare documents for you, or explain the legal effect of any document.
Notarial acts
A notarial act verifies the identity of the signer and the fact that the signature was made willingly. It does not validate the truth, accuracy, legality, or enforceability of the document's contents.
Loan signings
As a Notary Signing Agent, Kam facilitates the execution of loan documents. Kam is not a lender, escrow officer, title agent, or mortgage professional, and cannot advise on loan terms, figures, or closing conditions.
Form I-9 services
I-9 verification is performed only when an employer authorizes Kam to act as the employer's representative. This is not a notarial act, no notary seal is applied to Form I-9, and the employer remains legally responsible for compliance.
Apostille courier services
Kam provides courier, preparation, and logistics support for apostille submissions. Kam is not affiliated with the Ohio Secretary of State or any government agency, does not control government processing times, and cannot guarantee that a receiving authority in another country will accept a document.
Insurance
Notary Errors and Omissions insurance protects against unintentional errors made during a notarial act. It is not legal representation, a warranty of any document, or a guarantee of any outcome.
